The furniture count looks pretty good. Utilize some of these areas to begin assigning spatial values to your programmatic elements. A couple of thoughts: Add layout space and pinup spaces in the studios Add one credenza minimum in each conference room The kitchen is missing a lot of equipment/furniture. Storage, cooler, freezer, prep tables, scullery, fryers, warmers, and some more specifics. You will need substantially more space than I think you are allotting for.
